Here are two ways over the coming weeks to volunteer to help those who have displaced by Hurricane Harvey to New Braunfels and San Marcos.

Salvation Army. The Salvation Army is making meals for over 1,000 hurricane hotel residence. It's very easy to do: show up with a friend at the local Salvation Army location (on Business 35 near HEB) and pick-up meals for a local hotel. You will then deliver the meals to the hotel lobby and may be requested to disburse to residence.

Dates are TBD

New Braunfels Food Bank. We are looking for 30 volunteers Saturday, September 9th from 9-11:30am to help sort food into boxes that can be distributed.

Dusty and Taffy Dotty will be taking a U-Haul to Beaumont late next week filled with much-needed supplies. Here's a list of items you can pick up. Donations will need to be delivered to the church Fellowship Hall by Monday, September 4th.

Financial Assistance

If you'd like to give financially, you can donate to Hearts With Hands as they partner with Christchurch Baptist Fellowship in Houston to distribute food and supplies to those in need. With the exception of the transaction fee, 100% of the money raised will go directly to this like-minded organization.
